Traditionally, you would first need to determine the desired width of view for your camera installation prior to selecting a camera. This would allow you to ensure that the camera you selected would have the proper width of view…for example, our most popular cameras came with 3 varying lens sizes ranging from 4mm (wide-angle) to 12mm (fixed zoom).
Adjust the Zoom and Focus easily
Our new CD-9255 cameras have been enhanced to provide better quality picture with their 1/3″ Sony CCD image sensors, as well as easier installation by providing you with the ability to adjust the zoom and focus of the camera during the installation process. The adjustment for the focus and zoom is externally accessible for easy adjustment. Simply turn 1 screw to set the width of view from 4mm Wide-angle (~90 degree) to 9mm Fixed Zoom (~50 degree).

These CD-9255 4-9mm Varifocal Long-Range infrared cameras now feature stronger infrared for optimal night vision view for home or business security camera installations alike. These cameras also come with ceiling and wall mount brackets, providing hardware for easily mounting your cameras outside your home or business. Simply select the desired bracket, and mount to the outside or inside of your home or business. Once the camera is mounted, adjust the focus and zoom of the camera so that it provides the best possible coverage of your home or business.
